The posters show advertisements from various luxury and fashion companies, edited and collaged using silhouette techniques. Various texts were cut out of the subjects, such as “Securité, Prosperitè, Anxietè” or “It was all just a dream.” The font was modeled after typographies from the 1970s that can be associated with hippie culture. The cropping makes both the text and the image more difficult to read. The text and image create a kind of ambivalent “wobble image”; you see the image or read the message, depending on what you want to focus on.
